Easter/St. George

On our way to Mexico, we were able to stay with my Brother and Sister in law. Saturday morning their neighborhood had an Easter egg hunt. I had a 20 mi run to get in, so my sis-n-law was kind enough to ride her bike slowly with me and Scott and my nieces and nephew were kind enough to take care of the kiddos and take them to the egg hunt.

Nieces Daryn and Ashley with the kiddos

After lunch we went to see my nieces horse and went for little rides. Daryn, Nate and Blue

Daryn was nice to take all the kids for rides

Just had to take a picture

Nate turns 1

My baby turned 1. I know I say this all the time, but truly amazing how time flies. It feels like I just had him and I remember all the details about the pregnancy and delivery. So it doesn't seem that long ago. It was pretty low key. My friend has the same birthday so we watched her boys while she and her husband went to dinner. Which worked out perfect because she has a little boy 5 mo younger and Fos was insistent that we invite Easton to Nathan's birthday party. A win win situation.
A few stats:
Doesn't walk alone....only with a finger and around stuff
Eats what he wants, not what we want him to, throws everything else over the side
Height:  28 in -- 3%
Weight:  17.13 -- 0%
Head: 18 -- 27%
Says "da da da" ALL the time
can say "ma ma" but doesn't very often
gets what he wants because he is the 3rd child
LOVES being outside
LOVES bedtime
LOVES blankets
LOVES Molly and Fos
LOVES when daddy comes home, but still prefers mom to hold him
We adore this little boy of ours!

Anticipating the cake............

frustrated it's not in front of him yet..................

OK, all better........................

what is this stuff......................

Crazy boy Fos

Molly changed in to this party outfit!

Random

Still trying to get caught up! Just a few random pictures from this winter......long winter!

3rd child.....almost 10 mo here. Yes, that is a cookie. Starting him young.

This was a pretty good storm. It kept Scott from driving to work ( he had to work from home though) and it kept the kids home from school. So guess we did.............

...........yup, made sledding hills and invited the neighbor kids over.

Then they went in the back and jumped off the deck into the deep snow!

Molly is not tall, but it was past her knees. It was a great snow day!!

Christmas Part VI

Goal: Finish Christmas post before first day of summer.....check! OK, just finishing up Christmas, we went ice skating, bowling, played in electronics and had several seal hunts. It was a great Christmas! Thanks to David and Mary for putting ALL of us up for as long as you did!

Getting ready to go ice skating

Fos getting some GoPro footage!

Couldn't pass up this picture. A few people got new electronics for Christmas and they were learning how to use them. Others were just staying connected!

Bowling is becoming tradition. The kids thoroughly enjoy it and the adults have a fun time being competitive. So competitive I can't remember the scores!

I just love this picture. Just captures no matter what you're doing, it's who your with that counts. Everyone just enjoying being together! Grandpa is doing a seal hunt here.

Mike was going through some old stuff....look what he found!
