Time for catching up again!!!!! Some of our good friends from Colorado came to visit over the 4th of July. Scott and I got up early to run his second ever 10K (which he totally rocked....ave. 7:06), then home to get ready for the parade, then lunch and some fireworks. It was a fun-filled day of typical 4th of July festivities.
