Christmas 2013

Christmas 2013......our very first Christmas in OUR home by OURSELVES!!! It was the start of a great tradition. Don't get me wrong, the past Christmas' have been awesome too, but now that our kids are older, it's time to be in our home Christmas morning! I loved starting and making our own traditions. We did the 12 days of Christmas to a very dear family in our ward, we had "Christmas" dinner 2 days before Christmas with my brother Dan and his family, we went out for Pizza on Christmas Eve, then had leftovers on Christmas day. We went at our own pace opening presents, we watched movies and played with the new toys all day, I went out for a run with my new toy Garmin, we didn't have to get all done up for our "Christmas Day Dinner",.......it was just fun!

Foster's Santa present......race car track

Molly's stocking stuff

Nate's Santa present.........block train

If I'm gonna get running stuff for Christmas.....you better believe I will go play with my new toys too!

Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve traditions.........

Making Gingerbread Houses

We decorated Gingerbread Houses with some of our best friend families.....Lucas' and Sant's. We had quite the candy spread and lots of fun!

Kendall, Molly, Carter, Cooper, Fos, Brady and Morgan! We do a babysitting swap with these 2 families (and one other) and they are all best friends! It's awesome! We are soooooo going to miss these guys when we move!!!!

Scott turned........

I think this was Scott's 37th birthday......wow.....that looks really old! Good thing he doesn't look a day older than 25!!! We sure love this guy! He's the best husband and dad around!

Nate likes to get into my running drawer and put it all on. This time it's just the headbands!

Gymnastics

We put Foster in a gymnastics class with one of his best buddies, Brady. He seemed to enjoy it. This was their little recital.

Olympics.....here we come! ;-)

Thanksgiving 2013

Thanksgiving at the Polley's. This might be one of the last times we're all able to "fit" here. It's more of a Polley Family Reunion and Thanksgiving is a great time to do it. We are now borrowing houses from friends and neighbors because this amazing family is growing.......fast!
