And he's out

I had scouts here the other morning at our house. We did part of requirement 8 with making a meal and cleaning up. We made pancakes and sausage. It was a lot of fun. Fos was put in his high chair with some bananas. It was so funny to watch him get delirious and then eventually close his eyes and rest his head.

Baptism

My sister-in-law got Baptized last Saturday. We drove out to Beautiful Lander, WY to support her in this. It was a wonderful baptism (as they all are). We are so excited for her and my brother to start on this journey together. Christina, congratulations. We love you and are so happy for you!

Lagoon

Last Thursday, Lagoon had Family Night and our Stake was a part of it. So, we got in the park for free and had we bought passes for all of us, would have gotten $14 off a ticket. However, we just took advantage of getting into the park for free then bought $10 worth of tickets for Molly to ride some kiddie rides. We wanted to see if going to Disney World would be worth it. Yep, it was. She absolutely LOVED Lagoon. I think if she would have been tall enough, she would have tried some scarier rides. She had to hold on to something at all times......even if it was just a seat belt strap. It's so fun as parents to see kids excitement. Disney World, here we come!

Lagoon Continued

You can't go to an amusement park and not ride the carousel, especially when it's free.

Bright eyed baby boy

Happy Birthday Hudson

Hudson, just wanted to wish you a very special birthday. We miss you sooooooo much. Hope it was a good one. We were so sad we couldn't make it to your birthday party, but hopefully this makes up for missing it a little.

Three Good Buddies

Tis the season for boys. Our family started out with one nephew and 9 nieces. Then there were four boys to add to another five girls. Then three boys were born within 9 months of eachother. I have a feeling we're gonna be on our toes with these three. Their mischievous faces tell all!

Foster Scott -- 9 months

Tipton John -- 3 months

Cal Lewis -- 1.5wks

Grandma Turns 85

My cutest grandma turned 85 on May 30th. So, naturally, we celebrated. She sat up front for people to greet her in the beginning. But then she decided to get up with her walker and greet others as she cruised around the tables and chairs. It was pretty stinkin' cute!

Cute Grandma Jacobs

Little did I know my 85 yr old grandma and I would have the same shirt on. Must say she's got some good taste!

Grandma J and Scottino. This was a great picture of these two.

Just a Huggin'

Molly and her cousin Bella are just 5 wks apart and they are the best of buds......as long as we don't outstay are welcome. They will just hug and hug and remain hugging for me to get the camera and get it all set up. They are too cute!!!!

Cousin, Trais, was pretty cute to stand right in front of the girls while posing. He wanted to be apart of the photo opp. but didn't want the hugging part.

No music, but that didn't stop them from dancing.

It's a Boy

After 4 girls, my sister and her husband finally had a boy. Cal Lewis was born May 18th. We were fortunate enough to go to her baby shower.

Sister Hilda modeling the "hooter hider" I made for her.

Cresta (good friend of my sister, Rachel's) filling in for sister Becky (who couldn't make it), mom, sister-in-law Christina , sister Rachel and baby Cal, me, sister Sarah, sister Jessica with 3 mo old baby Tipton

Proud mamma of her baby boy! Congrats Johnsons. We love him already!

Random

Just sharing a few random posts.

Messy kitchen. Just had gone grocery shopping and was trying to organize our pantry. What a task.....moving these cans forward and those behind...yada yada! Of course, I had great help from Molly!

Morning hair....her pillow does wanders. All of her old toys that I bring out for Foster, Molly thinks are hers again. Little big for this one!

Yes, our little man is crawling. He's been crawling a while now, and boy does he cruise. He doesn't like the hard on his knees so here he is up on all four.

Crazy Girl

I had a whole bunch of new pictures to post......went to download the photos (there were about750 on our camera, so it was going to take a few minutes), thought I had downloaded them all, deleted them all off the camera, then went to view the pictures and all but 100 had imported........needless to say, they were all LOST! Arghhhh! I was totally bummed.
Then I was looking at our blog and realized it had been quite some time since our last post, so here are just a few random shots of tonight. I love the age Molly is in (most days) She has been cracking us up ALOT. She says the most random things.
The other day I asked her a few questions just to see how she would answer.....
Molly, how old is your mom? .......5
How old is your dad?.........5
What does your dad do at work?..........fixes cars!
Molly, what is your name?.........Molly and Walton (her middle name is Ann)

Molly had gotten ready to take a bath (no clothes on), I was getting ready to go outside and water the garden and asked her if she wanted to come. I said, if she wanted to, she needed to get some clothes on. I went outside and started watering when she comes out the back door looking like this. Look close and you can see, shorts on backwards, bracelets, and no chonies (spell check). I started laughing pretty hard, that's when she knew she was too stinkin cute and decided to start posing. Camera quick!

Our lovely garden. We still have yet to get our soaker hoses in place. Just me watering for now. We are excited for next year to do a better job. It's a live and learn year for us this time. We hope it produces enough salsa ingredients though. It's our salsa garden with a few others.

How many funny things can a 2 year old do in one night? I was coming down the stairs just in time for her coming up the stairs and saw this. Scott and I tried to show "mad faces" but how can you not laugh at this? Didn't Picasa draw on himself? Love our little Molly!!!! We do we do!

Easter

Living by my motto........better late than never. So here are a few pictures from our Easter basket finding. It was fun having Scott's family here for Easter. The Easter Bunny even left baskets for them.

Molly was a little excited to see what she got.

Lovin' the chocolate

Oops, forgot about the gift that couldn't fit in the Easter basket. Lately Molly has LOVED playing doctor with my stethoscope, so we decided to get her very own.

Easter

Nothing like a month late for Easter photos.

Molly 2 yrs 8 mo, Foster 8 mo

Must say.......pretty cute kids

Better Face Expressions

Just a few more facial expressions from the sour lime. Thing is, he wasn't crying at all. These photos were taken about 1/3 of a second a part. Great captures by Mike.

This is when he was coming after Mike....Karate Kid

Mean Parents

We had a lime sitting around and decided to see if Foster liked them. Are we mean?

Happy boy before the taste test

Does that mean he doesn't like it?

So, let's try again.....

What one will do....

O.Kay, so you can't tell how cold it is outside. I had a training run last Saturday and woke up to snow........I didn't feel like running 9 miles on a treadmill so bundled up I got and out I went. It wasn't blizzarding (thank goodness), but the snow was hitting my face making it somewhat difficult to see. After it was all said and done......it really wasn't that bad. It's looking outside and being warm inside that makes for a tough decision. If you look close, you can see snow on my hat. Thank goodness for water resistant coats......I stayed pretty dry for the most part.

The Fos

Just a few pictures of Foster. He's such a good baby. We still love him to pieces. Can't believe how much he's changed in the past few months. If you look close, HE'S GOT HAIR!!!!! He has way more than Molly had at this age........sad huh!

Just too cute to not post. Who wouldn't fall in love with those eyes.

He's been watching me do yoga......Locust pose!

This is what Foster did at the Easter Egg Hunt!

The Hunt

Some friends from church put together an Easter Egg Hunt. It was a bit early, but this was the best time. The weather didn't cooperate, so we held it indoors at the church. It worked great. Molly's cousin Megan, got to participate. I think they had fun.

This is a zoomed in picture. There were quite a few kids there. The blonde behind Molly is her new friend, Kendall. They are about 2 mo apart, but both are ALL girl!

Oops......nothing in the bucket......

Molly and Megan, already eating the goods.

Cousins

The best shot we could get of a 17 month old boy........camera is not fast enough for him.

Molly, Megan, Luke with Megan's only 2 girl cousins

Luke is 100% boy. He even can't figure out how to put a headband on.

New Grandma

While pulling up to Chris's parents house, Molly kept saying....."we're at grandma's house". We tried to explain that it was Megan's grandma.......she didn't care. Shelly is a grandma and that was all that mattered. She must've read the sign in the front flower beds that said, "grandchildren spoiled here." As you can see, Molly and Megan's cousin, Hailey, loved "grandma". Thanks Shelly for being a great grandma to ALL.
