Our traditional pumpkin carving took place the Monday before Halloween. The kids were halarious about putting their hands in and touching the pumpkin guts. We eventually forced them to at least touch it and then they couldn't get enough!

Excellent pumpkins!! What great carving skills you have. We only carved one pumpkin this year and it was the day after Halloween! Just horrible.
