Lagoon

I'm starting to realize how bad we are at taking pictures! My sister and her husband and their 5 kids came to visit us. I hope they make it an annual trip because we had so much fun! We never want the party to end though and at some point we have to get back to normal life. The crazy people they are, they drove all night Wednesday night and got in around 4:30 a.m. When we got up we tried to be as quiet as we could, but my kids could hardly stand not seeing their cousins that were right in our house! Eventually they all woke up and we headed to Lagoon. We stayed there till closing. On Friday we went and did a little school clothes shopping then later that night we went and saw WICKED. Scott's cousin-in-law is Elphaba and got us some pretty sweet tickets. The show was AMAZING!!!!! And Nicole is soooooo incredibly talented. Saturday we did a bounce back day at Lagoon and it was crazy busy. We stayed only till 7ish, came home and ate pizza and watched the Olympics. Sunday we went to church, then my sister and her family had to leave :(. Molly cried pretty hard and didn't want our fun weekend to end! It was a great, fast staycation for us. We love when family comes to visit! (and friends too)

It was pretty hot and this was the perfect place to cool off. The kids were a little timid at first but realized how good it felt that it didn't take long before they were soaked!
